Ecocare stands for premium quality paper straws at an economical price. Our straws are solid, water-resistant and safe for food contact. Ecocare spent 2 years in researching and testing with the goal of becoming the first and leading paper straws manufacturer in Australia, competing with imported counterparts.
Furthermore, the genesis of ecocare means more than just a business. We are passionate about bringing the manufacturing industry back to Australia. By placing the production facility in Victoria, more jobs are created and less economic dependence on other countries. Our paper straws are proudly manufactured by the local for the local.
The year 2025 marks a historic milestone, highlighting our remarkable growth and international commitment with the launch and operation of our second manufacturing plant in Vietnam, specialising in producing paper straws, paper containers and paper trays. This expansion not only enhances our supply capacity but also brings international standards and expertise in sustainable packaging to the Vietnamese market.

Ecocare paper straws are made from 3-4 ply premium CelluStrawTM sourced from Ahlstrom-Munksjö, one of the world’s leading manufacturers in sustainable and innovative fiber solutions and is approved by major brand owners such as Nestlé, Danone and Havi. Therefore, by partnering with Ahlstrom-Munksjö, our paper straws are guaranteed to meet the following industry standards.
